Customers who accept the online ordering service provided by Corning Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) must agree and accept the following ordering terms before they can enjoy the online ordering and delivery services.   • All items in the online shop are settled in Hong Kong dollars.
  • The time on the online store is displayed in Hong Kong time, and the date and time are received by the server of the organizer.
  • Please note that since the order form is processed by computer, it cannot be canceled or changed halfway after the order is placed. The company is not responsible for purchase order problems that arise from computer systems.
  • After placing an order, even if additional purchases of the same or other products are made on the same day, MMM will treat it as another order and charge relevant postage and handling fees. Please apply correctly.
  • After all orders are paid for, customers cannot cancel the order for any reason.
  • Customers order online, but regardless of any transaction, even if the computer system shows that the transaction has been completed, the company has the right to cancel the transaction after notifying the customer. The company reserves the final right to accept the order or not.
  • When customers fill out the order form, please confirm whether the name, email address, recipient's phone number and delivery address are correct, so as to ensure that the goods can be delivered to the designated place as soon as possible. The company will not be responsible or compensate for any loss caused by the wrong information provided by the customer.
  • If the customer fails to pay by credit card and notify the company within three days, the transaction will be automatically canceled.
  • The products sold are all taken in kind. Due to the influence of the environment, light, printing and picture combination during shooting, the actual product may have slight deviations from the real thing. Please forgive me.
  • If the product sold is defective, please go to Corning Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for a replacement within 7 working days after the arrival of the product together with the delivery note and receipt.
  • Liquid products that contain alcohol or have a volume greater than 100ml cannot be shipped overseas.
  • Most of the products sold are imported with original packaging. The company will do its best to ensure sufficient supply of products. Occasionally, some products will be out of stock due to delays in import delivery. Please forgive me. If there is an occasional out-of-stock, the company will notify the customer separately; refunds due to out-of-stock will be returned within one month. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  • Product prices do not include any customs duties or sales taxes (if any).

The company will not be responsible for any acts or omissions of related companies. If SF Express or Post or the supplier fails to contact you within 30 days to deliver the goods, the company has the right to cancel the order and charge a 3% handling fee for the order (to pay for related online payment transactions and delivery costs, etc. ), refund the order amount to you.
  • If you choose a monthly discounted product, the customer must complete the payment before the 2nd of the next month to enjoy the preferential price; otherwise, the system will restore the regular price and notify you by email, and then the customer must pay the regular price for the order
